Highline Crossing Cohousing Community

A cohousing community in Littleton, Colorado since 1995

Highline Crossing is located along the scenic Highline Canal, twelve miles southwest of downtown Denver, and one mile from the south corridor light rail. We have a spectacular view of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, vegetable and flower gardens, and, of course, the Highline Canal, one of Denver's finest outdoor resources.

Just as important, we are a cohousing community, which means we are devoted to the principles of participation, shared decision-making, and the development of respectful relationships with our neighbors. We are also dedicated to sustainability - environmental and  human. We have 40 energy-efficient homes, and we're pretty well convinced that our community combines some of the best features of urban living with an old-fashioned sense of neighborhood.
